We reserve the right to decline any order we may, in our opinion, consider unreliable upon having checked the payments details submitted for that particular order or request a payment means of whatever kind which is deemed appropriate.

Products and services referred to on this site are directed solely at persons accessing the site from the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong. We make no representation that any products or services referred to on this website are available or appropriate for use in any other location. On placing order of alcohol on this site, the customer confirms that he or she is over the age of 18.

The Company shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to Company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.

3. Delivery and Charges |

We will only effect delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and some designated area of outlying islands of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For requests for overseas delivery, you may email us or call our Customer Service Hotline (852) 2318-2456 during business hours. Our Customer Service team will try their best to help.

Customers are required to pay an extra HK$30 per floor (charged from 1/F onwards) for any delivery made to building without a lift service, or when items to be delivered cannot be fit in or be transported by the lift.

Except for cases described below, customers are entitled to our free delivery service when they make a purchase of HK$500 or above.

Under normal circumstances, goods ordered will be delivered to customers in 2 to 7 working days from the date of order, depending on the requested area of delivery. Delivery service already scheduled shall not be available when typhoon signal No. 8 or above or when rainstorm warning signal black is hoisted, or in the event of force majeure. An alternative delivery date shall be arranged.

If the delivery includes alcohol or any items which may not be delivered to a minor, a person who is over the age of 18 with appropriate identification shall be present to take delivery of the items concerned. If such a person is not available to take delivery, delivery shall be attempted at another time and Wing On reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee.

Customers are required to pay HK$80 (per address) for any delivery service they request if their purchase amount is less than HK$500.

No free delivery service is provided to all outlying islands. If customer requires delivery service to Man Wan, Tung Chung District and Discovery Bay, a delivery fee of HK$60 per destination is charged. For customers who made purchases at our Discovery Bay Store and require delivery service within Discovery Bay area, a delivery fee of HK$60 is charged for each destination regardless of the amount of purchase.

If no one accepts the delivery at the appointed delivery address on the delivery date and time slot, our delivery staff will leave a delivery message card. Please contact our Delivery Centre during office hours for self-pickup or arrangement of re-delivery at HK$80 per destination (Wing On Delivery Centre address: Wing On Godown Building, 1 Wang Kee Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon. Tel: 2318 2446-9).

4. Return Policy |

For damage caused by improper application, return or exchange request will not be accepted. To return/exchange, please show the receipt and present the product for necessary administration. For case where original receipt cannot be provided, the refund price will be set according to the lowest retail price recorded in historical data. If the goods returned cannot be exchanged for the same model due to stock shortage, you can choose any products from this site and pay the price difference only.

Should there be any inherent defects or damages found on our products, you should return the goods in person, together with the credit card used for payment, to any of our outlets (except Discovery Bay) within 7 days in exchange for a new item of the same model. A third party requests will not be entertained.

If there is any difference between the English language text of the terms and conditions and the Chinese language text, for all purposes the English text shall be conclusive.
