Apply Procedure
To join the privileged group of Wing On Charge Card members, just follow these simple procedures:
- Download and print the application form by clicking "Charge Card Application Form". Please fill in the required information and sign.
- Enclose copies of your and supplementary card applicant's Hong Kong Identity Card.
- Enclose copies of the savings record AND salary record showing your income for the last two months. (Please attach the page which shows your name and bank account number).
- Enclose copies of current residential proof. (e.g. electricity bill / bank statement etc).
- Send all documents to: The Charge Card Department, The Wing On Department Stores (HK) Ltd., 2/Fl., Wing On Godown Building, 1 Wang Kee Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong Or customer service counter when visiting our outlets. We look forward to serving you soon!
